What is the check-in time ?
The official check-in time is 2pm. However, if your room is ready before that time, we will be happy to give you your keys as soon as possible.
In order to guarantee the access to your room before 2pm, we invite you to book the night before your arrival date.
As the front office is available 24h, a late arrival is also possible. If your arrival is scheduled after 8pm, we invite you to inform our team by phone by calling the following number : 0262 34 89 89.
What is the check-out time ?
The check-out time is at 11am. However, it is possible to continue to enjoy the hotel facilities even after checking-out. Bath towels will be provided and your luggage will be stored in the luggage room.
A courtesy room, upon reservation with the front office, will also allow you to freshen up before leaving the hotel if you wish.
If the hotel’s availability allows it, a late check-out may be possible with an additional fee.
Which types of payment methods are accepted ?
The hotel accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper and digital version), Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Kadéos, Union Pay, Chekpays, Pass Loisirs.
Is a credit card absolutely required ?
A credit card will be required upon arrival as a guarantee, regardless of the means of payment used to pay for the stay. (e.g. cash, holiday vouchers, leisure passes, Kadéos tickets, etc.), or if it is a reservation in the form of a gift voucher. Otherwise, payment for the services will be requested as per consumption.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility or hearing impaired people?
Iloha provides 3 kitchenette bungalows catering to people with reduced mobility. These bungalows have two bathrooms, one of which allows wheelchair access.
The following common areas are wheelchair accessible: front office, pools, Le Kotémer restaurant, bar.
The spa treatments available at La Cas’Akea can be performed in the room upon request and subject to availability.
A pool lift can be used to facilitate the access to the hotel’s main swimming pool.
A magnetic loop is available at the hotel reception.
Some staff members are also trained in French Sign Language
Is the hotel family friendly? Does the hotel provide accommodations catering to families?
The Iloha Seaview Hotel is totally family-friendly!
The hotel features several categories of accommodation suitable for families:
Family Bungalow, with a capacity up to 4 adults and 2 children (-13 years old)
Guétali Room, with a capacity up to 2 adults and 2 children (-13 years old)
Tropical Bungalow or Kitchenette Bungalow, with a capacity up to 2 adults, 1 child (-13 years old) and 1 baby
Two swimming pools, a ping pong table and board games are also available for your leisure time.
Is it possible to cook in the room?
The Guetali rooms, Kitchenette bungalows and Family bungalows feature an equipped kitchenette, allowing you to cook during your stay if you wish.
However, for safety reasons and in order to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, organizing a barbecue in the hotel gardens or using electrical appliances (pierrade, raclette, plancha, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are accepted.
Is it possible to play music in the hotel gardens?
Music can be enjoyed with a reasonable volume, so as not to disturb the hotel’s guests.
Is it possible to smoke in the rooms and in the hotel's common areas ?
The hotel rooms and restaurants are strictly non-smoking. Likewise, electronic cigarettes, shisha hookahs… are not allowed. Smoking areas are available and are clearly indicated.
Wellness
Is it possible to enjoy a spa treatment at Iloha ?
The Iloha has its own wellness area “La Cas Akea”, offering a wide range of massages and beauty treatments, individually or as a duo. These treatments are available to residential and non-residential guests of the hotel, subject to availability and upon reservation in advance.
Is "La Cas’Akea" accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The wellness area is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, treatments can be carried out directly in the room upon request.
Restaurants
Is it possible to take a brunch at Iloha ?
Brunches are available on specific dates, for special events (e.g. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.), throughout the year. Don’t hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social networks to find out the dates of the next brunches.
What is included in the half-board plan ?
Half-board includes breakfast and dinner at the Kotemer restaurant. (starter + main course or main course + dessert, to be chosen from the restaurant menu. Some dishes, indicated by a star on the menu, are with extra fee.)
Children’s half-board includes breakfast and dinner at the Kotemer restaurant. (main course + dessert + drink, to be chosen from the Kids menu)
It is also possible to enjoy your half-board dinner at La Trattoria.
Is there any buffet available at the restaurant ?
A buffet of local specialties is available every Friday evening at the Kotemer restaurant, together with traditional creole dance and music.
Is it possible to organize an event at the hotel?
In order for us to study the possibility or not to organize a particular event at the hotel, we invite you to contact our catering team at: restaurant@iloha.fr indicating the desired date of your event, the number of participants, as well as the desired services you would like to book.
Services and equipment
Are the pools heated?
Iloha Seaview Hotel has 2 pools. The main pool is heated during the austral winter. The hotel’s second pool, located near the Guetali rooms, is not heated.
Main pool: 16 m x 8 m Depth: 1.10 m to 2.40 m. (Opening hours: 7 am – 9 pm)
Guétali pool: 15 m x 3.50 m Depth: 1.45 m (Opening hours: 9 am – 7 pm)
Is it possible to enjoy the swimming pools without staying at the hotel ? Do you offer day pass?
The hotel’s pools are dedicated to hotel’s guests. Otherwise, it is possible to enjoy the pools by choosing one of our day pass, available only during the week, from Monday to Friday depending on availability and upon booking.
Is a parking available at the hotel?
Yes, the Iloha has two free and secure car parks, one of which is specially dedicated to customers staying in the Guétali room.
Is it possible to charge my electric car at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has two electric vehicle charging stations. These stations are free of charge for hotel residents. A fee is required for non-residential guests.
Is a laundry room available at the hotel ?
Yes, a laundry room equipped with washing machines is available for resident guests during their stay. Laundry is at an additional cost.
